Founded in 2020, our charity is dedicated to providing education and training opportunities for nurses in India, empowering them to make a difference in their communities and beyond.
OUR VISION
As of mid-2021, the NHS reported a whopping 39,000 nursing vacancies — 10% of its entire workforce —this is predicted to soar to 70,000 by 2023.
Reenergising Human Potential stands firm to combat this crisis, aiming to provide a sustainable and cost-effective solution by filling these vacancies.
UNIQUE APPROACH
Our rigorous 2-3 year training program transforms A-level educated aspirants from rural Tamil Nadu into NHS-ready nurse trainees. Upon training completion, they travel to the UK, ready to champion their roles in the NHS.
WHY INDIA?
We identified a need for a charity to support both people in developing NHS skills. This is when we had the idea to encompass the prospect of two great nations and two areas we can support as a result: training and development.
